1. Agreement
By creating an account or using The Blue Feet ("the Platform"), operated by Aftersages FZC, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a workshop or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis to the payment method on file. Some plans may include a free trial; a valid card is required and billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Annual plans are billed once for the year.
3. Non-payment
If a payment fails or a plan lapses, the branch is placed in read-only mode — existing data remains viewable, but new cases, AI assistance, escalations and user creation are disabled until payment is restored. If the account remains unpaid beyond a grace period determined by Aftersages, the branch and its data may be suspended and subsequently removed.
4. Credits
Each plan funds a monthly pool of credits shared across the branch. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
Case data belongs to your organisation. A branch learns from its own cases by default; contribution to the anonymised cross-branch learning pool is opt-in. We apply tenant isolation and role-based access controls.
6. Acceptable use
The Platform provides diagnostic decision support. It does not replace professional judgement; you remain responsible for repairs performed. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
7. Partner API
API access is granted to approved partners only — there is no self-serve API signup. API usage is metered and billed in advance as prepaid credits: you top up a credit balance and each diagnosis draws it down. Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and your pricing is set out in the proposal we agree with you. The API output is to support your own users; you agree not to resell, redistribute or bulk-scrape it beyond the integration we agree. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted service or specific rate limits, and may change or suspend API access to protect the Platform.
8. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aftersages FZC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
